The whole matter is of HP Petrol Pump located at Peepal Adda in Etah district. Here the video of the employee giving petrol in the bottle has been captured on camera which is now becoming very viral on social media. Here the employees are openly giving petrol to the people in bottles. Due to the open violation of rules at this petrol pump, a major accident can happen anytime.
Let us tell you that under section 1983 of Explosives Act, both giving and taking petrol in plastic bottles is prohibited. It is necessary to ban it in view of the safety of the people, but this rule is openly flouted at the petrol pumps and petrol is poured into the bottles without any reluctance. Petroleum is highly flammable. Even a small spark nearby can prove to be fatal for this system.
For this, the government has set safety rules which are mandatory to be followed in all the petrol pumps of the petroleum company. But the employees in the petrol pumps of the district are flouting these rules and selling petrol. By this act, they are putting the lives of the people present in the pump premises in danger.
